It has a lot of gimmicks designed to save time, the inbuilt media player being just one of them.

This clearly deserves a look because it's really good. Even the free version has a lot to offer.

Works with Windows 7

So happy this works with Windows 7. A lot of such tools don't.

Able to download just audio

Not everyone knows but this can also extract just the audio from a video without you having to download the video. This is what I'm using it mostly for.

Can do some editing

I didn't know you could also do so editing, cropping, trimming, etc with this! Nothing very advanced, mind you, but still nice to have.
