Impressive online video converter

Took a bit of time to launch but once it did it really took off. Impressed with the program. It's free yet it looks and feels like a premium one.

Either a 5 or a 3 depending on the day

Sometimes it works great and I'm about to give it a 5 and then, other days, it's a 3. So, I guess it deserves a 4?
